Invasion of the fame snatchers

If you see someone claiming to be "(AKA JestOne ECT,MK,OFA,ADL/TFL_OLSCHOOL_FRESNO_SANJOSE)" on the internet (IRC #graffiti), the one thing you can be sure of is that he isn't Jest.TFL, old school, and from Cali. He stole flix of Jest's pieces off Art Crimes about 5-6 years ago and has been claiming he painted them ever since.

A police officer impersonated a writer online and started all kinds of beef in chat rooms and guestbooks. When the real writer confronted the imposter he got his house raided.

Watch your back and remember that IRC channels, guestbooks and chatrooms are watched carefully by the police and can be recorded. Be discreet, be suspicious, and don't shoot your mouth off about yourself or others online. Trust no one online until you have reason to, even if they come at you with a famous name.
